This is a revision to the last Victory Gal picture I had showcased. It was an entry I did for Conceptart.org's Chow # 82. It's was entered as a tribute to Glen Angus's- Victory Gals. I tried to capture the same feeling I get when I look at his work. It's done in Photoshop. I hope you like it. C&C welcome.
