This is a piece I did for a Twoface Challenge Contest in conceptart.org. I chose Medusa in order to contrast her beauty and her extreme hediousness. I used refernce for her human face but her snake side was freehanded. It took me a little about 18-20 hrs to paint. C&C greatly appreciated.
